Flash Solar Simulators
Sciencetech offers a full range of Large Area Flash Solar Simulators, Highly Collimated Flash Solar Simulators, concentrators and accessories.
Sciencetech highly collimated flash solar simulators illuminate targets with a collimation angle of +-0.5 degrees. This makes them ideal tools for studying concentrating photovoltaics and concentrating solar thermal devices.
Quantum Efficiency Measurement
Sciencetech PV Testing System (PTS) are a cost-effective, complete Turn Key system. Allowing for measurement of solar cell testing and characterisation with a Spectral Response (SR) scanning range of 250 - 2500 nm with models available for Internal Quantum Efficiency (IQE Test) and External Quantum Efficiency (EQE Test).
IV Testing Equipment
The Sciencetech SSIVT is an electrical current voltage measurement system used to characterise photovoltaic cell performance. This “IV Tester” works by setting the voltage and measuring the current while keeping the light source constant. Create multiple sequential pulses (typically 10~100 points selectable) to complete the IV curve measurements.
Filters for Solar Simulation
Filters specifically designed for Sciencetech's fully reflective solar simulators, including filter holder. The filter range includes the AM0 spectrum to simulates the solar spectrum just outside Earth’s atmosphere, along with AM1.5D and AM1.5G filters that simulate the terrestrial solar spectrum on the ground when the sun is at a zenith angle of 48.2°.

Sciencetech offers a full range of accessories for their solar simulators, including recirculating water coolers, broadband thermopile detectors, light intensity stabilisers, and U-Jig packages.
