Description

Dosing valve, mixing and distribution: for dispensing two-component products

Exclusively dedicated to the manipulation of the fluids two-components, the dosing valve PD44 allows a secure distribution of solutions the properties of which require that they remain separate until the application.

You can handle from now on these fluids with a level of optimal control. A specialised valve incorporates both components separately, then put in touch them in the container syringe situated in the bottom of the valve. The process you guaranteed a uniform and homogeneous result.

The dosing valve PD44 was particularly designed to distribute dispenses of 0,005 cc in 5 cc of product of weak to high viscosity. The plungers of dispensing are joined to manufactured joints to extend their life expectancy. There are no flexible hoses between the release produces plungers and the entry of the mixer, what allows to eliminate possible irregularities of report of dispensing or volume of dispense (phasing) because of the compression of the product in the flexible hose.

The patented valve PD44 is composed of distributors with drawers of entry and exit well balanced which do not move a product when it switches from the position of filling to the position of distribution. It allows the supply under pressure of components « A » and « B » until 84 bar during the filling while isolating the products of the entry of the mixer. When the position of distribution is switched on without movement of product, a precise volume of components « A » and « B » is injected in the entry of the disposable mixer thanks to the movement of plungers.
