FCM100 contactless valve
The FCM100 non-contact valve is a jetting valve allowing the deposit of dots and cords of low to medium viscosity product without contact with the substrate. The complete system includes an FCM medium deposition valve (240 Bar admissible), a valve controller (triggered by pedal or 5V signal), as well as fittings, pipes and other accessories.
Generally a reservoir , a cartridge or a pump ensures the product reserve for this metering valve. The quality of each of the components of the system, the control and the requirement of their manufacture, ensure a reliable, efficient and durable assembly. Simple and quick to calibrate, the FCM100 contactless valve is used in automatic applications on platforms.
