Description

The Lens Handler™ features a vacuum wand for transferring optical elements to the rotational spindle and to housing assembly without exposing surfaces to fingerprints, scratching, chipping, or accidental dropping.

Variable spindle speeds from 40-200 rpm allow users to control rotation of optical elements for cleaning, blackening and beveling edges, or other optical preparation techniques.

A wide range of solid Delirn® vacuum cups holds lens diameters from 1mm to 300 mm without scratching. The vacuum cups are residual free to prevent contaminating optical surfaces and are resistant to alcohol, acetone, and MEK.

Cleaning, painting, and assembling optical components with one table-top machine elimi-nates unnecessary and clumsy handling of optics. Vacuum with Delrin® suction cups provides the cleanest and safest way to pick-up, hold and transfer delicate optics.
