A note for existing ausoptic.com user accounts: if you previously had an account on our old ausoptic.com website, your account here is already activated.

This website uses your existing email to login, but you will need to reset your password the first time you log in by following the instructions on the Forgot Your Password page.

Why the change?

The password you previously set was secured in an encrypted format on our server, which means it can’t be retrieved by anyone except yourself.

We appreciate you working with us while we've been making these upgrades in extra security precautions in 2016. 

Step by step instructions:

  1. Click through to the ‘Forgot Your Password’ page, enter your email address and click the ‘Submit’ button
  2. In a few seconds, your Inbox will receive a ‘Password Reset Confirmation’ from AusOptic Support
  3. Clicking the ’Reset Password’ button will take you back to our secure site for you to re-create the password for your account

It doesn’t have to be a new password - you can re-use your existing password if you’d like.

Once you're logged in, your order history and account settings will be available here on your Account Dashboard.
