The PentaPod®'s patented "parallel kinematic design" delivers exceptional positional stiffness in the X and Z axes, while minimizing crosstalk across all axes. Its performance is remarkable, with the X and Z axes boasting a travel range exceeding 9mm and a measured resolution finer than 81nm. The XΘ and YΘ axes provide a 17° travel range, while the ZΘ axis offers 8°, all with a measured resolution better than 2.55µrad.
